Planned maintenance
The bank occasionally schedules planned maintenance works to ensure the quality of our services.
The vast majority of maintenance work is done at a time when customers will not be affected. However, in certain circumstances, some services will be temporarily unavailable at times when customers may want to access them.
We aim to use this page to inform customers well in advance of any planned maintenance. If scheduled works pose particular difficulty for you, please get in touch with your relationship manager who will work to find a solution.
PAYMENTS SUSPENDED OVER EASTER WEEKEND
From 00:00 on Friday 3rd April to 9am on Monday 6th April, no payments will be made into or out of accounts as we work to upgrade our systems.
Over this period, online banking and the mobile app will be unavailable and our Banking Team will be unable to process payments.
Card payments, Apple Pay and Google Pay will be unaffected. (We will send you a security code by text to authenticate card payments.) If you plan to make larger than usual card payments over the Easter weekend, your relationship manager will be happy to discuss a temporary limit increase.
Please note that the end of the tax year falls on Sunday 5th April. If you would like help with time-critical payments (e.g. transfers to ISA accounts), please let your relationship manager know by 2pm on Thursday 2nd April at the latest.
We apologise sincerely for the inconvenience caused by this disruption to our usual service. You can telephone us as usual, so please do not hesitate to contact the bank about fraud concerns or other non-payment-related issues.
Equally, if these arrangements pose particular difficulty for you, please get in touch with your relationship manager who will work to find a solution.
