Planned maintenance 

The bank occasionally schedules planned maintenance works to ensure the quality of our services.

The vast majority of maintenance work is done at a time when customers will not be affected. However, in certain circumstances, some services will be temporarily unavailable at times when customers may want to access them.

We aim to use this page to inform customers well in advance of any planned maintenance.  If scheduled works pose particular difficulty for you, please get in touch with your relationship manager who will work to find a solution. 

Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th May 2025

Online banking and the mobile app are unavailable while we work to upgrade our systems.  Payments entered on this date will be queued for processing at 9am on Monday, 26th May.

Debit cards and credit cards can be used as normal.

We apologise sincerely for this disruption to our services.  For urgent queries, please call the Banking Team on 020 7353 4522.
