The vast majority of maintenance work is done at a time when customers will not be affected. However, in certain instances, some of our services will be made temporarily unavailable during the hours that our customers may want to use them.
We aim to use this webpage to inform customers well in advance of any planned work. Please continue to check here to see if we are planning any maintenance.

Please note that payments entered via online banking and the mobile app between the hours of 7pm and 8pm on Friday (22nd January) will be queued, for processing after 8pm. This is due to unavoidable maintenance work during that time and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Unplanned service availability issues
We will try to keep unplanned payment service interruptions to an absolute minimum. However, from time to time, there will be issues which prevent a portion of our service from operating in the way we would like. We will use this page to inform our customers should these instances arise.
