Your relationship manager will take care of your current account and oversee the wider services we provide for you, drawing on specialist expertise where this is helpful. This is complemented by the convenience of online and mobile banking.
Current accounts are available in several major currencies, with a range of credit and debit cards to enable seamless spending across a number of channels. (We are pleased to offer environmentally friendly cards, manufactured using a plant-based alternative to plastic.)
Ease of access, peace of mind
We know speed of access is a priority for many of our customers. Your relationship manager or their immediate team can be reached without delay; telephone calls to the bank are answered promptly, while our fraud-prevention team is available to support you, day or night.
Our online banking service and mobile app provide oversight of your full accounts, from cash and deposits to credit cards and borrowing. You can transfer funds online between accounts, make payments in the UK or abroad, and share limited or full access with delegated users.
Your relationship manager will also be happy to work with authorised third parties and can, if you wish, set up a sweep facility that moves money between current and deposit accounts to maintain a minimum or maximum balance.
