Mobile banking

With our mobile banking app, you can manage your accounts any time, anywhere.

Our mobile app offers a quick and convenient way to manage your personal accounts. Available for Apple and Android devices, it allows you to:

  • log into the app quickly and securely using Face ID or Touch ID (currently, Apple devices only);
  • view balances and transactions on your accounts and cards;
  • transfer money between your accounts;
  • make Faster Payments 7 days a week to new and existing beneficiaries; and
  • generate security codes for online banking (instead of using the C. Hoare & Co. token).

To enrol for the app, you must first register for our online banking service.  If you would like to register for online and mobile services, please contact your relationship manager, who will be delighted to guide you through the process.

To access your account through our mobile banking service you will need to have one of the following Operating Systems:

Apple -  iOS 11 and higher
Android - 6.0 and higher
