Mobile banking
With our mobile banking app, you can manage your accounts any time, anywhere.
Our mobile app offers a quick and convenient way to manage your personal and business accounts. As well as account holders, designated users of personal and business accounts can register for the app.
Available for Apple and Android devices, it allows you to:
- log into the app quickly and securely using Face ID, Touch ID or biometrics
- view balances and transactions on your accounts and cards
- transfer money between your accounts
- send money within the UK to new and existing beneficiaries
- make Faster Payments seven days a week
- generate security codes for online banking (instead of using the C. Hoare & Co. token)
- manage cards (e.g. add cards to Apple Pay/Google Pay, view card PINs and details, freeze cards, or report it lost or stolen)

To download the app, please select the appropriate link and follow the on-screen prompts:

Please note that you will need to have one of the following Operating Systems:
- Apple - iOS 14 and higher
- Android - 9.0 and higher
To register, you will need:
- Your Login ID for online banking
- Your online banking token (the device for generating security codes you received when you registered for online banking)
- Your mobile phone number (this should be a number already known to the bank)
