Marion is an expert in the field of payments, with a long track record of driving success through innovation, change and people leadership.
Previously Director of Payments at NatWest and President of MasterCard UK & Ireland, she has been instrumental in the development of cashless payments.
Before joining MasterCard, she was CEO of VocaLink, where she oversaw the merging of Voca and Link and the successful launch of Faster Payments in the UK. She also initiated the company’s international expansion.
Marion currently enjoys a portfolio career. She is chair and trustee of Open Banking Ltd. and also serves as non-executive director of Uber Payments UK, Bibby Financial Services, Cashflows, and Uber Payments UK.
