Hoare & Co., in line with its classification as a Level 3 firm, applies the Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA) and Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) Dual-Regulated Firms Remuneration Code on a proportionate basis. Governance, performance assessment, and risk adjustment practices are in place to ensure remuneration is aligned with sound risk management and regulatory expectations. Under the Capital Requirements Regulation (CRR), C. Hoare & Co. qualifies as a Small CRR Firm and is therefore exempt from disclosing detailed remuneration information under Article 450 of the UK CRR.
