Simon Kenyon joined the bank as Chief Executive Officer in 2026. With more than 20 years’ experience in banking, he has focused latterly on business strategy and digital transformation.
From 2006 to 2025, Simon held senior roles at Lloyds Banking Group, including CEO of Lloyds Private Bank and Managing Director across retail, commercial, and digital banking. More recently, he served as Senior Adviser at Boston Consulting Group.
Simon holds a D.Phil. from the University of Oxford on Britain and European monetary integration. He has a long-standing interest in the social role of banking and was formerly a non-executive director at Cash Access UK.
Married with two children, Simon enjoys family life in London and is an avid supporter of Leeds United.
