Paul joined the bank in 2022 as Chief People Officer and was appointed Head of Private Banking in 2024. His earlier career includes four years at Quilter plc and ten years at Lloyds Banking Group in various leadership roles, latterly as People Director.
Over 27 years in banking and financial services, Paul also held senior positions at Bank of America (in Europe and in the US) and at ING. He has a Law degree from King’s College London.
Paul is a board member of the Company of HR Professionals. He is married with three children and, when time allows, he enjoys skiing and playing golf.
