Please note, once you have registered for the new service, you will no longer be able to use the current service.
If you are having issues with registration for the new service, it may be because we do not have your mobile phone number. Initial log in to the new service requires a password re-set and an activation code, which is sent by text message to your mobile phone. Please contact your Relationship Manager to provide us with your mobile number.
