As the country moves towards easing COVID-19 restrictions, the health and wellbeing of our customers and our employees remain a primary concern for the bank. With this in mind, we will continue to operate with most people working remotely. This has proved successful, allowing us to meet our customers’ needs during the lockdown.
Our Fleet Street and Lowndes Street branches will remain closed until the end of June, when we will review the situation. All other services are available and we are still welcoming new customers to the bank.
We know how hard it is for many people at present and we want to help our customers in any way we can. Please do contact your relationship manager if you have any questions. We are operating a remote switchboard and all telephone calls will be answered; however, email may be more efficient for now. Our post room also continues to operate but correspondence by Royal Mail may be slower than usual until the postal service has stabilised.
