British Airways data breach

A large number of British Airways (BA) customers have been affected by their recent data breach and subsequent theft of credit card details. We are currently identifying any of our customers which may have potentially been impacted by the breach and will aim to replace their credit cards as quickly as possible.

If you believe you may have been impacted, please contact your relationship manager to make suitable arrangements for the replacement of your card. Customers who have been subjected to the fraud are believed to be those who used their cards on the BA website or the BA app between 21st August to 5th September 2018.
