If you use e-mail for communicating with the bank we cannot guarantee that it will remain confidential whilst in transit.
To carry out your instructions, to assist the bank in improving its services and in the interest of security and fraud prevention, the bank will record all telephone calls and monitor e-mails.

You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold on the bank’s computer files and certain other relevant files. Please contact the Data Protection Officer in writing at 37 Fleet Street, London, EC4P 4DQ should you wish to exercise these rights. There is a charge of £10 for this service.
