Graduate Training Programme
The bank offers an 18 month rotational programme, during which the trainees will be placed in operational teams to gain first-hand experience of how our business works. Successful candidates will be given the opportunity to work towards relevant professional qualifications and will receive on-the-job technical and soft skills training. At the end of the programme we will work with the trainees to identify their most suitable career path.
Requirements:
- A UK Bachelor's degree (any discipline) awarded with 1st or upper 2nd Class Honours or an
overseas qualification of an equivalent standard from a recognised higher education institute
- Ideally, previous experience of holding positions of responsibility or participation in
extracurricular activities
- Interest in financial markets
- Language skills are also desirable
